Chicken and Beer.

My Former Supervisor and Aunt dubbed me the “Chicken Hawk” lol Anyone that knows me or grew up with me knows I love fried chicken. It’s been top 2 food for me since I was a kid. Fried Chicken is the heart of soul food in my in my humble opinion. So expect to see a lot of chicken recipes here.

I fried up some chicken wings and thighs, (don’t sleep on chicken thighs, they are full of flavor & inexpensive.) back around the holidays. They came out great, so here is my Fried Chicken recipe and seasoning I use on the regular.

1 Package of chicken thighs 2 packages of chicken wings

2 teaspoons salt (adjust to preference)

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon paprika

3 teaspoons creole seasoning

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons thyme (dried herbs, Oregano, Parsley
