Woke up needing to make a quick dinner for lunch the rest of the week, so I made some pasta & ground turkey meat sauce. I wanted to try something different so I picked up some Zucchini spiral cut noodles from wegmans.
Nothing difficult here, browned the ground turkey. Seasoned it with garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper etc. I let the meat and sauce simmer a bit before adding the zucchini. Once that’s in you let it cook for a couple minutes then it’s time to eat!
I don’t think I’m going back to regular pasta for a while now! If you want to cut the carbs from pasta I suggest trying zucchini! Enjoy guys!
