Another recipe I made weeks ago and just now getting a chance to share is this pork loin with a stewed tomato sauce. Lots of garlic, onion powder, some salt and pepper to make a sauce that pretty much works for any meal. You could take this and put it over some grits with some shrimp (if your into that sort of thing), or any other protein.
Simply halve some heirloom tomatoes, add a half cup of chicken stock. Fresh herbs, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 30 minutes until you reach the consistency you want and there you have it.
