Find this recipe online at Pinch of Yummy. If you been following me for a while you know I love recipes that I can make for work. Something that will last me and not force me to have to cooking twice in the same week for work. Lindsey, former 4th grade teacher and now full time blogger delivered just what I needed with this Balsamic pulled pork recipe. If you get a chance please check her site out! I posted the link for the recipe in the link above, she also has a good tip to add a little extra flavor to this particular recipe. I hope you guys enjoy!
3lbs Pork Shoulder
1 cup of Soda (sprite)
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
2 tablespoons Ground Oregano
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Marietta Simply Balsamic Dressing.
Put the pork, soda, garlic, chili powder, oregano and Worcestershire sauce in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or 6-8 on low. The video I posted below shows the whole process of making this dish; I need a bigger crockpot I had to switch the pork to my Dutch oven to finish cooking it low and slow in the oven.
*Note: Whisk the juice of one orange and a spoonful of honey together and drizzle over meat before broiling for extra flavor.
