3lbs Pork Shoulder

1 cup of Soda (sprite)

2 teaspoons Chili Powder

2 tablespoons Ground Oregano

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 cup Marietta Simply Balsamic Dressing.

Put the pork, soda, garlic, chili powder, oregano and Worcestershire sauce in crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or 6-8 on low. The video I posted below shows the whole process of making this dish; I need a bigger crockpot I had to switch the pork to my Dutch oven to finish cooking it low and slow in the oven.

Shred meat, add balsamic dressing and stir along with the liquid in the pot.
Preheat the oven to 400 or use the broiler; Spread evenly in a thin layer and cook for 10-15 minutes (or shorter if using broiler) till edges are crispy.

*Note: Whisk the juice of one orange and a spoonful of honey together and drizzle over meat before broiling for extra flavor.
